- Rates based on parties of two. Please add $10 per additional person per additional night.
- Minimum booking of 2 nights required.
- Cleaning fee of $99 is added to the total for all bookings.
Estimate Your Total Rent
All you need is your Check-In and Check-Out Dates, and we'll provide you an estimated total for your rent including taxes and applicable cleaning fees! Please verify your dates are available for rental.
Reservations
To reserve the booking we require 2 checks:
- An advance payment equal to 25% of the total rent (plus taxes), and
- On a separate check returnable to you, a $250 damage/reservation deposit. We will hold this check and mail it back to you after your stay provided no damage of course.
The balance of the rent is due forty (40) days before your arrival date. If you are booking within 40 days of arriving, please send the entire rental payment along with your deposit check.
Reservation payments and deposits are fully refundable 60 days prior to arrival date minus a $160 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 60 days may be partially refunded only if unit can be re-rented within that time frame.
Rates are subject to change without notice, but future changes will not affect confirmed reservations.
