CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 3 P.M. HST AND CHECK-OUT IS 11 A.M. HST. NO Early Check-ins and NO Late Check-outs.
This is a NON-SMOKING unit including the terrace and adjacent area. Violation of this provision will result in immediate eviction from unit.
Pets are not permitted in the development or rental unit under any conditions.
We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.
DAMAGE/RESERVATION DEPOSIT- A damage/reservation deposit of $250 is required. This must be received within seven (7) days of booking the reservation. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent. It is fully refundable within (7) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met.
No damage is done to the unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.
All debris, rubbish, garbage and discards are placed in dumpster.
All dirty dishes must be placed in the dishwasher and the dishwasher started prior to leaving.
All keys are returned and the unit is left locked with fans and lights turned off.
All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
No linens or contents are lost or damaged.
No early check-in or late check-out.
QUIET TIME is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am, no excessive noise.
When you arrive, if you notice something is broken or damaged, please let us know immediately.
PAYMENT - An advance payment equal to 25% of the rental rate is required at the time of booking. The advance payment will be applied toward the balance due within 30 days of arrival. Please make payments in the form of traveler's checks, bank money orders, cashiers checks or personal checks payable to Amarin LLC. The advance payment is not a damage deposit. The BALANCE OF RENT is due thirty (30) days before your arrival date. All amounts are stated in US dollars (US$), unless otherwise indicated. We are not set up to handle credit card payments
CANCELLATIONS - A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty and the deposit and 25% pre-payment will be returned. Cancellations that are made within 60 days of the arrival date forfeit the full advance payment. Cancellations or changes resulting in a shorter stay made after arrival result in forfeiture of full rental payment. Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests per condominium is limited to four (4) persons. No person may sleep anywhere in the unit except in a designated bed in a bedroom and sofa sleeper in the living room. Violation of this rule may result in eviction from the unit with no refund.
MINIMUM STAY: THIS PROPERTY REQUIRES A THREE (3) NIGHT MINIMUM STAY. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods. If a rental is taken for less than three days, the guest will be charged the three-night rate.
NO DAILY MAID SERVICE - While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate however is available at a nominal additional rate. Pool towels are provided for your use BUT CANNOT BE REMOVED FROM THE POOL AREA.
RATE CHANGES - Future rates (other than for those dates reserved herein) are subject to change without notice.
FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS - Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.
WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS - Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.
PARKING PASSES – A parking pass will be assigned to you upon check-in, allowing you to park a single vehicle in the Kihei Surfside parking lot.
